Wiggling Throat of Extremal Rotating Black Holes
Abstract: 

We construct the classical phase space of geometries in the near-horizon region of an extremal black hole in arbitrary dimensions with a fixed set of angular momenta. The symmetries of phase space form an infinite dimensional algebra which is an extension of a chiral part of Virasoro, and the central charge is equal to black hole entropy. We also show that the charges generating the symmetries, are Fourier modes of a Liouville type stress-tensor. This suggests a field theory description of this phase space.
